VHO was established in 2001 as a wholly
owned subsidiary of Vertical Horizons One, Inc. From 1993
to 2001, the VHO Defense units worked primarily in support
of Tibbs, Inc.- General and Management Consulting Systems.
Founded by D. A. Tibbs in August 2001, incorporating the
principal support organizations of the various Vertical
Horizons One Divisions, merging assets and services
capabilities VHO, Inc. expanded forming VHO Defense.
Consulting Personnel strength now totals more than 80
professionals, including some 90 percent, being engineers
and technicians serving in more than 60 locations in the
United States.
