Operations Analysis
With
the Analysis Product area, VHO strives to enable its customers to
make informed decisions based on insights into system performance
and cost. Ranging from large-scale analytical efforts that are
planned, executed and presented, to small, focused efforts for a
particular aspect of a problem, the Company’s products span the
spectrum of analysis. VHO has a variety of specific analysis levels
within the overall analysis product areas:
- Red Team / Assessment
– Review and assess plans and results generated by other
agencies
- Consulting –
Provide operational and analytical assistance and advice
during analysis plan execution
- “Bookends” –
Establish plan foundation and execution schedule;
industry and / or government labs perform the work; and
integrate individual efforts into comprehensive story
- Focused Analysis –
Plans, executes and presents analysis on a specific area
- Direct Supervision
– Provide director and resources to manage complete
analysis effort
The Company has a proven ability to
identify issues and formulate problem-solving
approaches, which enable modelers, analysts, operators,
program understanding of current and long-term issues,
plus decision making, procurement, and budget processes.
